If your information is transferred outside Canada (for example, Pixieset servers in the U.S.), we ensure it remains protected under comparable privacy standards.

5. Retention and Deletion

• Inquiry data is deleted if no response is received within 30 days.

• Booking data is stored until completion of the project and for up to one year afterward for recordkeeping.

• Edited images are deleted from internal drives after one year, but your online gallery remains active for download until removal is confirmed.

You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@tiltintales.com.

6. Your Images

Images captured during your session or wedding are handled with confidentiality.
We back up your photos on secure, encrypted drives and upload final images to Pixieset for delivery.
We may share selected images on our website, portfolio, or social media — but only with your explicit written consent.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable global laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Request correction or updates to your data

• Withdraw consent for marketing or communications

• Request deletion of your information
